I really feel like the potential is there with Zach, athletic wise, skillset, Toughness , but dude's body has let him down. Best Wishes for a complete recovery.
i just dont think my appetite is there for the 4000 timeline for return stories. i hope he gets better and recovers fully at some point and has no real long lasting issues either on or off court from this, but i just cant see how he fits into anything we're doing anymore in a reality based scenario.
Sigh. The genetic lottery giveth and the genetic lottery taketh away. You've got to think, though, that there are people in Zach's inner circle who are urging him to sue the Blazers, a la Bill Walton.
Sucks. I think Zach could have been a real nice player if not for all those injuries. He was a regular rotation player when we made the WCF
Well we see soon enough if olshey cuts ties but hopefully they have different surgeon to fixed it this time.
Awwweee mannnnnn….. *wipes tear* so sad to see such motivation be hampered like this. So many players without his drive go injury free. He might not have panned out the way i hoped or thought but he is not deserving of this.
Dammit! I was really hoping Zach would be back and healthy for us next season. I think he's a difference maker. Now I think he's just another broken down big.
Don't give him the qualifying offer, only offer vet minimum. It didn't work out, time to move on. Hope he invested wisely. Grant Hill is a good example. Maybe he gets healthy 3 years from now and has a career. I'm happy if it's for any NBA team.

JESUS FUCK... what is this dude made of? I'd resort to the age old adage of him being "made of glass," but, clearly, glass is more durable than this kid's body.
