Their rub is amazing. I love dry wings. In other words, none of that hot sauce stuff. I dip them in blue cheese dressing, sometimes a touch of sweet baby ray's bbq sauce.

My mom used to call it Roquefort back in the day. When I make my own dressing, I use crumbled Gargonzola.
Had some cold left over fried chicken and cold left over potato salad to go with it that was out of this world delicious. If only I had some of those dark green pepperoncinis that they discontinued to go with it.
