How do you ask this now? There's no way to determine this without seeing games.

That whole win as a team thing is a cliché. Certain folks are responsible for wins and for losses.

I'm specifically talking about the playoffs.

Dame was certainly responsible for winning those series vs Houston and OKC.

I feel like we won despite Stotts coaching. Y'all overrate him like a MF.

No it's not...in any aspect of life it's a universal truth...only as strong as the weakest link...it's one of the good things sports does for young people..gives them that experience of group success and understanding.

Arent there some crazy stats that could confirm this?

How many passes between defenders that are made? Between the legs? Behind the back? No look passes? Hot a slasher on the move? On the move in between defenders? Half court accuracies?

Surely their must be some statistician who has developed a passer rating system no?

The thing about the greatest passers in the game over the decades is that they usually led their teams in turnovers as well...Chris Paul was an exception I believe but Nash turned the ball over at a pretty good clip

Depends if I’m ramming my head into the wall screaming, “what the fuck is our coach(ing staff) doing” or not.

    Or..
“Here we go again, can’t make adjustments…”
    “Got outcoached again…”
“What are you doing with this trash ass line up again”
    “Another blown lead”
“Can we ever get an easy bucket?”

    OR

    “Just got outplayed”
“Just didn’t make shots, but they were good looks”
(Something Chauncey specifically mentioned, which was refreshing. A lot of our shots were terrible but went in because Dame and CJ to a lesser extent are nutty good shot makers).

Pretty easy to tell who to blame once the season rolls around.

you act like Billups is going to be immune to criticism when he isn’t.

just because I’m not sucking on Stotts huevos (not saying you are, just a figure of speech) and think a literal frog could coach better than him doesn’t mean Billups is spared from *just* criticism. I can’t speak for everyone but I’m not lowering my standards for billups just because I’m thankful Stotts is gone.

my standards for Billups are probably higher because I’ll be paying even more attention to what he does to the team.

therefore, if we win, billups gets credit but so do Dame and the players.

If we lose, and I believe the team is well coached, that’s a player issue.

if we lose and I believe the coach sucks, it’s a coaching issue.

of course the truth is probably in middle

As a rule states, you should put it into green font, cos it is obvious joke.
You don't have them all. I've got Minnesota.

If it makes you happy, pretend we replaced Zeller with Nance.

I’ve said it over and over but will again. Kanter is bad defensively no doubt. But some of the blame HAS to be on CJ and Dame who don’t defend. Period. It puts way too much pressure on the interior. It’s like blaming a QB for getting sacked when his O line doesn’t block. Again- Enes is not good defensively but we made him look like a can of paint because our ball pressure sucks.
