Maybe whatever the local channels are for those teams are accessible from parts of your zip code?

but but but their star player is a Hulu spokesperson. Bottom line this team will only care when it hits them in the pocket book. I'm to the point now, even if they do add it to YTTV as an add on option, it "Ahoy Matey" for me They havent given an F about me since before the whole comcast debacle before, so its *Middle Fingers up* for me... thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

They want us to pirate the games. They obviously don't want us watching legitimately.

    It's the only explanation.

Agreed. I'm getting the cheapest, best quality access I possibly can. Regardless of source.

Its going to hit them in the pocket when large swaths of fans aren't watching. Ratings going to take a hit.

I already have DirecTV (was thinking of canceling it but haven't yet). So I was glad to hear Root would be on it but turns out it's an add-on for an additional charge of $13.99/mo. When I called they gave me three free months before the charges kick in. Oh well. I am glad that I have a solid DVR set up as I rarely watch the games literally live, even if I just delay a bit to skip commercials.

Yeah, I looked in to that when we got our fiber internet installed last month, the sales rep said they have root on their TV. Saw the same add on package. No thanks. Pirated streams for me, I guess!

if you have a tv with apps, get the dstream app. No add ons for us, but root was on it when we got it(for that reason)

No matter how much you pay Comcast they can’t change rootssports policy about streaming.

But yeah I was frustrated when I tried to watch a Mariners game away from my home.

I pay xfinity $144 a month for internet, cable, and the sports package that includes nbatv/red zone. One cable box

My internet isn’t super fast I just downgraded last re-up since I live alone. but I can still play 2k easily with no lag lol so it’s not that bad.

Yeah. I do supply my own modem and router. Saves me a few bucks. My bill is about 108 a month.

I have comcast and it's about $220/month. But that's cable TV with HBO/Showtime; high speed internet; and a land line for phone

that's a chunk of change for sure, but we live in a cell tower dead zone, and are out in the country a bit meaning cable is the only way to get high speed internet, it's the best alternative for it all
