Some of this has to do with waivers. These guys didn't need to clear to get sent down, guys like Gauthier, Tinordi, and Hajek would need to clear. I think at some point we'll make a few moves to align the team overall, especially if the kids play well in the AHL.

Not a surprise at all. Kravtsov did nothing to make the team. He's soft also.

Not a surprise. If Kravtsov is here, we lose Hajek. We had 26 players and we need to be at 23. Barron and Kravtov will bring it down to 24 and Hunt will be waived. They cannot waive Tinordi, because they need him in case Reeves goes down. Now they can keep Hajek. Also, Gauthier deserves to have a real shot. I am sure if Gauthier doesn't make it, Kravtsov will be called up.

Another half year at Hartford won't hurt Barron, Jones and Kravtsov, as they all need to finish off their development. It will be tough for Jones to ever find a spot but he's a good chip in any trade. Kravtsov could be up by the holidays and Barron if Rooney doesn't do much.

Rooney will be gone next year and Barron will take his place.

Right, i was thinking if Rooney isn't playing that well after the first few months that Barron may get called up. He could even fill in at wing for Blais or Reaves.

Rangers might have a monster cap problem next year. Fox and Kakko are RFA’s next year. If they’ve seen what I’ve seen and anybody with a brain has seen they should lock Kakko up now to a five year extension before he puts up 80 fucking plus points.

Hopefully the cap goes up at least 1-2m per year but either way i don't see Trouba making it past another 3y with the $$ they'll need.

If he continues to regress I could see Kreider getting traded or possibly bought out in 2-3 years.
