The breadman finally makes a contribution this season. Best OT game I’ve ever seen with all the chances back and forth by both teams. IGOR gets all 3 stars. What an amazing game he played.

Rangers win despite losing 41 of 54 faceoffs for the game. But they did win the last one!

Buchnevich threw an elbow and then headbutted a player and got a match penalty. He's a repeat offender now. I can see him getting 10 plus games. He's a moron.

Great game and great win. 5 points after 4 games but still a malaise hangs over the board. Any problems you might have with roster decisions will work themselves out over the course of the season, it's a result of the team's depth that guys like Barron didn't make the opening roster. Gallant has made it clear that you have to earn play time, a great ethic to instill 2 way play to the young talent. The Rangers have rebuilt and drafted for this year and already a major question coming into the season has been answered, yes Igor can be #1 he has been outstanding. Mika has been much better than last year and as a frequent critic I couldn't be happier. Most importantly the grit guys added have been a huge upgrade to the bottom 6, Wilson didn't do shit in the first game and the days of taking runs at the top guys are over. This is the year Rangers fans have been waiting for. They are going to easily make the playoffs as they would have last year except for shenanigans. Now they have the big bodies to bang with any team in the league. Let's Go Rangers!

I don't see how Hunt made the team. He was clearly outplayed by Barron. Faceoffs are pathetic on this team. Barron was by far our best player on draws the pre-season. Seems that Gallant wants a vet lineup.

Blais has been ok but as a whole the new 4th line guys haven't done much of anything. Hunt is terrible and Rooney is just a stopgap obviously. Hopefully going forward Barron/Richards/Cuylle can be good mainstays there.

He ended up getting 2 games as a repeat offender. BAU for the NHL.

Not surprised. NHL is a joke. They do almost nothing to discourage cheapshots. Thus why Drury got Reeves.
