You were responding to my comment with “that is categorically false.”

False means that the statement may have some truth to it. Categorically false means there is absolutely no truth to the statement, which is why Sarver categorically denied everything that supposedly happened as owner of The Suns rather than just saying “false.” So I’m not sure YOU understand since your next statement is “Now let me add. You are correct.” Didn’t know I was making a return to fucking middle school English class with some of you. Let me make sure affect / effect isn’t mentioned above. Or their, they’re, there.

Are you on drugs at 5am? Late night?

“Is that why he was interviewing for jobs?” was what you were responding to. That is not “categorically false.” I believe he interviewed with the Magic as well, no?

As for the bold, no team thought he was worth hiring. That’s why he wasn’t offered the job. If a team thought he was worth hiring, he would’ve been offered a job. That did not happen. Being interviewed doesn’t mean you’re “worth hiring” Mr. Becky Hammon, it means you’re worth consideration. Getting beyond interviews and actually getting the job means you’re worth hiring.

Clearly no team thought he was worth hiring (as head coach). Clearly the Pacers thought Carlisle was worth hiring. Blazers Billups. Udoka Celtics. Mavs Kidd. Etc.

And, I agree Stotts is worth consideration. Just like Billups and Hammon and Ham and D’antoni. But worth hiring is figured out during the interview process which Stotts didn’t make it beyond.

Lol he wasn’t interested in the Pacers job? No, they wanted Carlisle more than they wanted Stotts that’s what happened.

Once again I’ll ask: You think given the choice of being 1 of 30 head coaches and being unemployed RIGHT NOW you think he would rather be unemployed?

Hate to break it to you, but he isn’t so great of a head coach that he can just pass up head coaching opportunities and come back “when he feels like it.”

Also, if instead of removing the rest of my message and not responding to just the “he interviewed for other jobs part” you’d see I said I don’t know if he wants to a be a head coach again EVEN if a team wanted him to be because they probably aren’t going to be the teams he would want to deal with.

Anyhow, you’ve now changed from a conversation of was Stotts interviewed to a whole bunch of stuff I already addressed. Maybe don’t cherry pick from my quote next time since most has been addressed already.

Guess it wasn't during a game on the sidelines but as i remember Kobe and Shaq were throwing punches.
Not to mention Kobe got into it many times with Howard as well.

But yes i agree. We all saw this coming and there will most likely be more with that group.

    Dude????
    This is your original post.
This implies no teams thought Stotts was worth hiring?

Define False- Not according with truth or fact; incorrect.

Define Categorically false- Respond in a way that is unambiguously explicit and direct.

Then you post a link showing a team doing exactly what you said teams were not doing.

Now you want to add Orlando to that mix.

Then you want to ask if I'm on drugs? really?

You literally stepped all over yourself and completely proved your own statement wrong.

    Confused Much?

Not related- By the way. Have you made it to the Burge yet? I have read much about it. I'm assuming you are from or are living in Dubai?

Local Draft guru D69 had Barnes as a top-3 pick early in the season when he was projected to be a late 1st round selection. Thought he would fit great in Portland and had no issue moving CJ for a pick + assets to get him. It's early, but looks like he identified another gem very early on. The guy is uncanny.

I'm glad I could entertain you

IMO, in the NBA there are no moral victories except in wouldacoulda land. I also think the NBA is a poor proving ground for the A > B; C > A; so, C > B equation. Blazers could easily beat the Suns. I don't think anything that happened last night or Thursday night makes Portland's loss to the King any better or worse. It's still a 0-1; not a 0-2 or a 0-0.5...that's basic 'numbers guy'

I don’t enough is being made of the Rondo/fan situation! Rondo put his hand a few inches from a fans face as a gun pretended to shoot this dude….a couple times. The fan slapped Rondo’s hand out of his face and then security kicked HIM out!!?? You fucking kidding me? ANd then Burke has the nerve to call out the FAN! Fuck outta’ here!

Rondo’s always been a mental midget. Doesn’t surprise me.

Yeah I watched that a couple times. If I were that fan I would probably be looking for an apology.
IMO Rondo was out of line there but I don’t know what lead to it in the first place. I think eventually this will come out.

Another great pick by Ujiri. 6’9” players with PG abilities to tend to be pretty good in the NBA. Barnes is a unique player.

    Wow, that’s crazy.
Rondo should get more than one game, unpaid.

I wish we could have picked up Duarte. He’s looking good for the Pacers and almost won them the game in regulation. Hit a Dame range three to put them up late.
