LeBron and AD quickly realizing that it’s not easy covering for Melo and Westbrook on the defensive end.

They would have been better off keeping KCP, Caruso and Kuzma and resigning Schroeder.

WAY better off. What was Lebron thinking to go after Westbrook?

Westbrook is such a scrub and the Lakers suck. Fun watching them lose.

KCP alone for Westbrook would’ve been bad if money was even. But KCP, Harrell, and Kuzma? HAHAHA

Who would want him at this point? Can’t think of a single team. Maybe back to OKC to run the tank?

Mostly a good playoff run, as I recall. Everyone was so starved for sports, his Bubble play seems to have left an overly strong impression on many.

Pretty good point. A number of players played well in the bubble and during the season without fans in the arena and then noticeably dropped off when fans came back.

Edit- It seems so anyway. I have not looked up the stats to prove that.

back to Houston for Wall might actually make some sense. Their contracts are the same and I think Wall is "healthy"; Houston is just not playing him. They could not play Westbrook just as easy as not playing Wall

that would mean Westbrook had been traded 4 times with that untradeable contract of his

Lakers would have to send out more though, I'd think; like a 1st or two.

That decision to trade for Westbrook last summer has to be one of the very worst single moves in the NBA over the last decade

This is what LA has to try to do. Salaries match but , they really have to sweeten the deal. I don't know what LA has in terms of picks to give, though. Westbrook is due 47 mil next year (or something like that)! This is 100% Lebron's fault; the whole roster is his (un)doing too. He called these shots, every single one, and nobody ever will convince me otherwise. Who knows, maybe they axe Vogel? Terry: pack your bags and buy a one-way greyhound ticket to LA!!!
