To me the country has been torn apart politically since Nixon ran against Kennedy...so much that we saw JFK killed, his brother killed and Martin Luther King Jr killed in short order by people who were anti democratic party.......since Reagan the titans of fortune have influenced which party would tip the scales in an election and all politicians need the wealthy vote or they won't get out of the primaries...sadly that's the way a greedy system stays in power....any social infrastructure bills or stimulus to the working class is shunned by the GOP every administration without fault so yeah...both parties have to play give and take but one takes a lot more than the other in my view......I have been an independant voter for a long time now but the GOP is the most separative of our political parties....the dems at least do not have the KKK and Q Anon support...that tells you alot.
So, while inflation is rampant, and Americans need a break from that financial burden. Biden decides to put more burden on top of all of that on students. Might as well shoot yourself in the foot dumbass.
Biden didn't put any student debt burden on anyone. Those who have student debt willingly decided to place that burden on themselves.
That may be true, but it still stands, that placing this upon students who already have shaky financial situations, is only going to lower his approval ratings at a time when Biden's ratings are already historically low. So, politically, it is a dumbass move on his part. Edit: Biden is simply protecting moneyed interests while not caring whether a student can afford to pay this insane debt that greed has created for students nowadays.
