Laf had 15 minutes of ice time zero shots and a couple of hits, he needs to get his shit together and start producing. Seems like creating offensive chances is the last thing on his mind. Georgiev played a good game, but the Rangers squandered too many opportunities, the overpassing is going to give GG a stroke. If it's not Howden it's a player on the other team scoring their first NHL goal. Dominant on face offs and hits but unable to capitalize. I agree they're looking tired at times, take the point and run.
Lafreniere should request to go to the AHL where he can get 20 minutes and 1st PP time until Drury gets him a real center. Barron should be brought up and put on the Strome line where he can take faceoffs while Hunt is moved to the 4th line and Goodrow centers the 3rd line and Chytil is moved to wing.
All he has to do is look at Kappo Kakko who's getting 20 minutes because he makes an effort every shift. Laf needs to understand that getting picked #1 is an honor not a coronation. The Garden should buzz every time he steps on the ice. That being said this comes with maturation and the Rangers are a young team with way more positives than negatives.
