I can't care about this team. It would be too painful. I don't even care about the NBA, what with all the Covid foolishness. But we are just embarrassing. I have no confidence in the coaching, the GM has no real power and the team is dispirited or under-talented. Wake me up when we have a major shake-up. I will try to cultivate other hobbies in the interim... I realize this will deeply disappoint my many fans on this forum, so I left you with one last redundant thread to stew over in the interim.
Following sports requires a sense of humor in my view....it's not painful, it's just sad to see something once stable begin to fall apart...and we've begun to fall apart....maybe Im the guy who can watch a train wreck.....the Big Lebowski was a flop when it came out and only later had a cult following..it's one of my favorite movies.....we're going to see roster change in at least a month so I wouldn't panic about the current roster...it's going to change but in case you are really checking out....I wish you well. The way covid is going the whole league might be checcking out with you. I'm too set in my ways to stop being a Blazer fan....Dame alone to me is worth the price of admission ...
I always watch the games no matter how bad we suck because Blazers basketball has been engrained in me since my youth. That said, I’m kinda rooting for us to lose. Having a high draft pick would mean much more to this franchise than a play in game with our flimsy roster. The things I’m watching for mainly is Little and Simons development.
Well I guess this counts as a major shake up, but... Lol Just lol. Have we ever got worse-looking return? Batum maybe? If we were unloading CJ I might understand, but two reasonably-priced players, one of who was expiring? Lol.
Neil killed Blazermania. Slow Joe Cronin and Jody are doing their best to make sure it stays that way.
