Ive never thought Simons would be an elite PG. I hope you didn’t either. He’s lightning in a bottle when he’s on. That’s about it

I think Elleby has shown some improvement in these last three games.

Bledsoe was CP3’s protege and then they let him sprout his wings and fly to other teams.

I think that's about right. He's a guy that can come off the bench and get you 14-30 points depending on if he's hot. If Ant were surrounded by good defenders and another guy who could facilitate he would be a pretty deadly scorer even as a starter. I bet you with the right squad around him, Ant could average 25 points and 5 assists while playing really bad defense.

One thing this unit don't play together very well on either end. The 2nd unit did there job they kept us in the game and the 1st unit they blow another game. Either Billups is blind about his starters or don't have no clue how to coach. I wasn't fan of his hire and he showing me why I am not fan.

Well, if you made the bet you did it again. Just another little piece of your soul sold.

Smith was definitely better than Anf tonight. But Anf is our designated scorer. We have to hope for a big night from him every night if we want to have a chance to win.

I would like the future starting SF to be an all-star, at minimum. Can't see Nas being that any time soon

25 points? Reminds me of when people thought Crabbe would average 20+ for the Nets.

Well, if Nas can get more consistent as a three point shooter, I would still like him starting at forward next to Simmons as our PF. You add a stretch 5 with Dame and a quality two way SG and you've got a really high quality starting unit.

The Blazers are now 4-16 in their last 20 games and fall to 10 games below .500. Darius Garland had 26 points and 6 assists to lead the Cavs victory. Come talk about the game with us!

I think Dennis Smith Jr is a keeper as well as Watford....Roco sure built trade value in this game...he had a great game. Some media guys hinted he'll be gone within 10 days

Every team just runs pick and roll against Simons who switches even against a slight brush of a screen. They barely have to do anything to create a mismatch/scramble situation for the Blazers. I don't know if that is by design, but when Smith is in the game that doesn't happen and the other team has to work significantly harder to get open looks. They still get them, but it's not as easy as just running a basic pick and roll (sometimes it's not even meant to be a pick).

Of course the flip side is that we can't score with Smith in the game. But you better hope Ant is hot and makes up for all the bad defense on the other end.
