There is not a significant drop-off between the two. Georgiev needs playing time to stay sharp.

You're on fucking crack, drunk and have a concussion if you don't think their is a significant drop-off between the two. Shesterkin is one of the best 2 goalies in the game. Georgiev is a guy most fan bases want nothing to do with.

That’s a head scratcher. Why not play Georgiev against garbage Arizona

And Hunt is still in top two lines. Why? Before he was hurt he did nothing for weeks. Why does this franchise consistently reward retreats and rejects from other organizations

Frustrating that Igor isn't in tonight, but Gallant said early on he would defer a lot to Allaire on goalie deployment. Igor had a shaky first period last game and saw a ton of rubber late when he came up big. If they think he needs another day and then an easier game at this point in the season, so be it.

Is anyone else expecting Brendan Smith to score a goal tonight? Or Jesper Fast?

Gallant is a stubborn fucking mule with Hunt. Drury has to get rid of that guy so he can’t use him anymore on the fucking first line

Hunt is completely incompetent on the first line I’m stunned that Gallant is so stupid

Doesn't matter what team he is on. Trochek ALWAYS scores against the Rangers.

Oh well, halfway point after tonight. Get back on track tomorrow and start focusing on maybe making an early trade to bolster things.
