    Filth. The "2 sides" are not the same. One is actively trying to destroy American democracy, the other is kind of weak and cannot always get its own agenda accomplished. I know which one I will choose. And yes, it is OK to shame those who continue to choose the former. They are effectively un-American, and are actively trying to destroy that which they profess to have full ownership of; being proud patriotic Americans. It is sad.

    Tell us something new. The deep state allows Hillary to capture small children, enslave them as sex slaves, then work them until they drop, finally cooking and eating them. I have a reliable source that tells me sometimes she doesn't bother with cooking them.

    This Ray Epps guy is proving to be an interesting character in the story. I’d like to know more about the guy who’s been one of the most filmed and photographed insurrectionists on January 6th, and easily one of the most active in inciting the breach of the building. I’m curious why he has not been arrested or charged with anything despite being possibly the most documented offender, and why he’s being more or less defended at the committee hearings by democrats and his involvement being downplayed. There are people in jail right now with less blatantly documented evidence against them, I’m curious why this guy is so special.

    Read the never-issued Trump order that would have seized voting machines
    The Jan. 6 select panel has obtained the draft order and a document titled "Remarks on National Healing." Both are reported here in detail for the first time.

    Among the records that Donald Trump’s lawyers tried to shield from Jan. 6 investigators are a draft executive order that would have directed the defense secretary to seize voting machines and a document titled “Remarks on National Healing.”

    POLITICO has reviewed both documents. The text of the draft executive order is published here for the first time.

    The executive order — which also would have appointed a special counsel to probe the 2020 election — was never issued. The remarks are a draft of a speech Trump gave the next day. Together, the two documents point to the wildly divergent perspectives of White House advisers and allies during Trump’s frenetic final weeks in office.

    It’s not clear who wrote either document. But the draft executive order is dated Dec. 16, 2020, and is consistent with proposals that lawyer Sidney Powell made to the then-president. On Dec. 18, 2020, Powell, former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn, former Trump administration lawyer Emily Newman, and former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne met with Trump in the Oval Office.

    In that meeting, Powell urged Trump to seize voting machines and to appoint her as a special counsel to investigate the election, according to Axios.

    Actively involved in planning, Ginni Thomas, longtime far right activist and conspiracy nut, who promotes election was stolen, Jews control America secretly, received more than $200,000 to lobby for Muslim ban eventually upheld by Trump McConnell court. And is married to Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas. He is ruling on cases his wife is actively involved in.

    Seems odd with the amount of evidence against him, he’s doing private zoom interviews from the comfort of his home while others have been in solitary confinement for a year awaiting trial. I know, crazy conspiracy theory. It just doesn’t quite add up for me though. He may not be a government agent but there has to be some kind of good ol’ boy club shit going on here. The woman at the hearing refusing to disclose if he was a government employee or not is also super sketchy. I think her words were “I can’t answer that”.
    To be clear, none of this would exonerate any wrongdoing that occurred on January 6th by any others IMO. But if people were sent there to incite purposely, that is super fucked up. And illegal probably.

    I don't think it's a crazy conspiracy theory at all. I'm sure the government has plants, and I'm sure they don't want anybody knowing who they are.

    ...please, show us your "evidence" :dunno:

    If the FBI removes a picture, it means its agents no longer need the public’s assistance in identifying him, Daniel Richman, a former federal prosecutor who was an advisor to former FBI Director James B. Comey, told us in a phone interview.

    There are many reasons that the FBI would remove Epps’ photo without filing charges during an ongoing investigation, Richman said, including that he may have spoken to investigators and clarified his role or that he is cooperating with investigators and may implicate others.

    “It’s very much a work in progress from the government’s perspective,” said Richman, who also was a consultant to the Department of Justice.

    +++++
    “It is quite possible that insufficient evidence exists to charge him with a crime, either because his conduct did not amount to criminal behavior or the facts cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt,” said Barbara McQuade, a former U.S. attorney who co-chaired the attorney general’s advisory committee’s terrorism and national security subcommittee. “It could also be that he has agreed to cooperate, and so any charges are being deferred until prosecutors are able to assess the value of his cooperation.”

    McQuade also noted that inciting violence at a protest would violate the FBI’s Domestic Investigations and Operation Guide, which, she said, “prohibits the FBI from interfering with First Amendment protected activities.”

    “It is always possible that an individual agent has violated a policy,” McQuade said, but that agent would be guilty of misconduct if he incited violence and the bureau would be guilty of misconduct if it if it planted an agent to incite violence.

    +++++
    ...this type of restraint is "standard practice" for Justice Department officials when it comes to ongoing investigations. Internal rules require it so that the investigations can preserve their integrity, and to protect the rights of suspects who haven’t been charged.

    When Sanborn was asked more generally if "federal agents or those in service of federal agents actively encourage(d) violent and criminal conduct on Jan. 6," her answer was clear.

    "Not to my knowledge, sir," Sanborn said.

    I never said anything about the FBI removing a picture, I don’t know anything about that, or care. I was referring to the multiple videos of Ray Epps on January 5th and 6th directly and explicitly instructing people to go into the capitol building. This isn’t “my” evidence. It’s just evidence.

    Considering the Oath Keeper morons just got indicted and arrested last week there could be many ongoing investigations, indictments, and arrests.
