    Layer of refried beans in a flat bottomed baking dish;
    Top that with a layer of Emerald Valley salsa;
    Top that with a layer of sliced black olives (olive layer and salsa layer may be reversed);
    Top that with a layer of shredded cheese;
    Bake in oven until cheese is melted;
    Top that with a layer of shredded ice berg lettuce;
    Warm up some corn chips until just hot but be careful not to burn the chips.
    Eat with an ice cold beer, preferably with a Coors banquet to wash it all down.

    Some cheap restaurants cut it with mayonnaise because avocadoes are expensive. Grossola!

    Non salted guac is pretty bland. Not sure there’s a food that salt brings more flavor out of.

    Absolutely! Might you have a preferred recipe? Do you include cumin at all?

    My basic recipe includes avocados; chopped green onion; cilantro; chopped roma tomatoes; minced garlic; lime juice; chopped jalapenos; pinch of cumin; salt/pepper

    BTW,

    GO NINERS!!

    They led the league with over 6 yds. per down. They have the perfect ball-control offense to compete with (even beat) the Packers!

    A bit of cumin. Avocado, cilantro, garlic, lime, jalapeno, topped with a tomato/jalapeno/onion/ relish. A bit of chili.

    My secret recipe, and DON'T let this get out;
    avocado and now my secret ingredient - lime juice. Here's the second and perhaps the most secret part, you gotta mash it all up.

    I don't like guacamole totally smooth. Should have texture.

    I like to mince some white onion and add that to my guac. Personal preference.

    No problem, mash it with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
    Are you making salsa or guacamole?

    Sounds like a nice compliment. I have some leftover chili from the other night. Gonna add some chorizo, a bit of rotel, and some spices and create a quazi-nacho base.
