Personally, with all the injuries. I think the break will help the Rangers. I don't like Gallant moving Lafreniere back to his off-wing. He was just starting to score on his natural left wing. It wasn't like Kreider was struggling on his off side.

    Idiotic play by Goodrow.

Drury needs to release McKegg so our fucking stubborn coach can never play him again

We looked like we hadn’t played in 2 weeks but picked up play by the end of the period. Schneider and Jones looked pretty good with Jones even throwing a big hit!

Moron McKegg can’t even make a simple pass at the blue line

McKegg does not even belong in the AHL.

Playing ok game. They will probably need a power play to score. The bottom six is just garbage and no one can score on those lines.

That was an odd pull of Igor. I guess to test for concussion?

Good to get two points. But without 2 of their 3 best players would have liked to see them win in regulation. Considering the Rangers hadn't played in two weeks though, totally ok with getting the SOW. Igor is amazing.

With Kakko back if the third line was Barron-Goodrow-Chytil it would be a lot better

You guys just witnessed the fastest time spent in and out of concussion protocol, 40 seconds! LMAO. We weee rusty after 2 weeks off but found a way to win thanks to MR VEZINA.

After the first 15 minutes the Rangers were the better team just more of the same over passing/hesitancy to shoot. Loved seeing Laf stick up for Igor who is emerging as one of the top goaltenders in the NHL. So many young players yet to reach their potential, I can understand why Drury hasn't made any rash moves. Thanks to the grit Drury added this Rangers team will be a handful for whoever meets them in the playoffs.

Not with the current roster panzer. It’s nice to have a great record but they still stink five on five

That's your opinion Step but keep up the negativity. I think you were one of the many saying there was no chance the Rangers make postseason before preseason started so I'm going to disagree with your opinion again and say they will be a much tougher opponent than Carolina in the playoffs. Best team the Rangers have put on ice in years but still the doom and gloom. Let's Go Rangers!

I don't think that was necessarily a poor opinion. No one could have predicted that Kreider would suddenly wake up one day at age 30 and become a 50gl scorer (his current pace is 56 i believe) and lead the league in PP goals. As we enter the playoffs i see issues with making a long run because we are so over-reliant on 3-4 forwards and Fox to provide the scoring and will need our top-5 PP (first time we've been top 5 in ages) to not miss a beat and steal us games.

So to simplify 31,, you agree with Step. It still doesn't make you right until the season ends but I appreciate your efforts to poop in the celebratory punch bowl. As a fan who saw it was obvious the Rangers were making the playoffs this summer, I can say this season has been phenomenal. I'm excited for the next Rangers game. I can't wait to see how that dastardly Turk is gonna screw over those poor overworked, underpaid youngsters. Anyway, I totally disagree with your opinions, the Rangers can bang with any team, they are strong on special teams and have the best goaltender in the NHL - that's what winning playoff hockey is all about. Let's Go Rangers!
