Listing the top 10 picks, not as best fit for the Blazers, but who the "best" players are, according to you or someone else. starting at 19:23 minutes The NBA Draft Dude 10. Benedict Mathurin 9. Dyson Daniels 8. Jalen Duren 7. Keegan Murray 6. AJ Griffin 5. Shaedon Sharpe 4. Jabari Smith 3. Jaden Ivey 2. Paolo Banchero 1. Chet Holmgren
Utility Sports @36:34 minutes This didn't one didn't include Shaedon Sharpe among the picks. 10. Jaden Hardy 9. Keegan Murray 8. Johnny Davis 7. AJ Griffin 6. Jalen Duren 5. Benedict Mathurin 4. Paolo Banchero 3. Jabari Smith 2. Chet Holmgren 1. Jaden Ivey
1 Chet Holmgren 2 Jabari Smith 3 Paolo Banchero 4 Jaden Ivey 5 Shaedon Sharpe 6 AJ Griffin 7 Jalen Duren 8 Keegan Murray 9 Bennedict Mathurin 10 Malaki Branham / Dyson Daniels
Not a big board but rated on chance to be a multiple all-star pick (which means some will bust and I will be wrong on roughly half): 1. Shaedon Sharpe 2. Chet Holmgren 3. Jaden Ivey 4. Jabari Smith 5. Jalen Duren Not going to go past 5 but I will say that Bennedict Mathurin is an honorable mention
In the thread where everyone was calling you a Chet homer you said Chet wasn’t your #1 prospect… what changed?
Same logic as Oden over Durant. I have no idea if Holmgren will be a stud or a dud....but if a GM thinks there are red flags around a player and ignores them, he's a fool. If you draft Durant over Oden, you made the right call no matter who complains at the time.
I’ve stated before Sharpe will be a star, I think he has the best chance to be “the guy” in this class. Being a huge UK fan I’ve been high in him since Cal recruited him. I wish he was going back with Oscar next season but if he’s there at 6 I think we have to take him.
1. Banchero 2. Smith 3. Ivey 4. Holmgren 5. Sharpe 6. Murray 7. Griffin 8. Matherin 9. Williams 10. Duren
1. Smith 2. Sharpe 3. Eason 4. Murray 5. Ivey 6. Banchero 7. Chet 8. Mark Williams 9. Daniels 10. Mathurin
1. Smith 2. Banchero 3. Sharpe 4. Ivey 5. Holmgren 6. Murray 7. Mathurin 8. Duren 9. Griffin 10. Davis
Interesting. That is very close to my list, except that I would drop Sharpe to 10 and move everybody else up one. (and IMHO even that is a big gamble) One-on-one drills and high-school games are no substitue for 5-on-5 against real competition. Every other guy on that list has a better on-court resume than Sharpe.
Still think it's really beneficial to do tiers. 1. Banchero 2. Smith 3. Ivey 4. Holmgren 5. Murray 6. Eason 7. Davis 8. Mathurin 9. Sharpe 10. Agbaji
