Is he going to be ready to get injured again by training camp?

Is this the same injury that Dame had? If so, maybe they thought "preventative" instead of how Dame thought "I'm a fucking machine, I don't need it!"

This is frustrating and it seems like Nas might have a problem with having brittle soft tissues. Like a lot of other things elite athletes need to have the exact right balance when it comes to soft tissue. If it's too malleable and stretchy that's a big problem because it doesn't provide them with the stability and tight exactness they need but if it's brittle then it's constantly getting torn in some way to some degree.

    This.......
Is why I often forget about this guy when envisioning a Blazers future.
I know many of you are really high on this guy, I just don't see it.
    Never have.

I see it. I just only see it briefly before another injury pops up.

yeah, too many missed games point to a glass man

but looking at this season, a SF who has a 12% rebound rate, a 30% FTRate, and a TS% of .575, all while hinting at possibly climbing to the 36-37% range as a three point shooter as well as being a solid physical defender with junkyard dog energy...that's potential

The press release said it won't change his expected availability for his return.

I wonder if this injury was caused by his style of play.

What exactly is his style of play?
A lot of contact and effort for those usually meaningless 6pts and 5 rebs.
Sorry.....Not a Nas Little fan at all.....

Well, since his averages where higher than that, I can tell you're not a fan of stats either

I really like Nas but don't think he is someone you can count on at this time for regular minutes, if can ever stay healthy its a bonus, but look to get others to play SF

He has plenty of time to get ready for training camp. While it's concerning it doesn't make me want to give up on him.
