'Prominent Member' Of Blazers Front Office Targeted Miles Bridges, Cody Martin During Season MAY 21, 2022 1:36 AM One "prominent member" of Portland Trail Blazers front office viewed Miles Bridges and Cody Martin as potential acquisitions, sources told Ian Begley of SNY. Both players are restricted free agents with the Hornets. The 24-year-old Bridges averaged 20.2 points and 7.0 points last season. The 26-year-old Martin chipped in with 7.7 points and 4.0 rebounds. The Blazers have the seventh pick in the upcoming draft, though they are seen as one of the teams most likely to trade their pick to aid a playoff run.
salary wise Klay or Wiggins would have to be in the trade, Klay is near 40 mil and Wiggins 31 mil very likely total BS
Probably get them to throw in a pick or 2 as well. This is more along the lines of how I would like to go about the rebuild. This half ass building between youth and Dame's window is not going to work. Should just reset.
im not sure poole or simons can be franchise altering players, perhaps really nice 2nd & 3rd options (obviously, it wouldnt be only poole, deal would require kuminga, moody or wiseman, maybe a 1st round pick or two) in that case, youd most likely need to tank so hard, that you have really high chance of getting into top 4 lottery and hope for the best there truth be told, if it comes to this point, deal with gsw would look nice, but only if we commit to another season of tanking
steph, klay & dray will be gone and im not sure any of their young guys can become franchise altering player and therefore i dont think they will become contenders dame gives them a chance to win one or a couple of chips
Doesn't Klay start along side Steph? So they want to pay Dame 42 million to back up Steph? Why would GS want a 130 million dollar backcourt?
