    You got to love Phil. He doesn't really want to buy the Blazers at his age. Sounds like he is offering to do it for the City.

    well, he has children after all, they will probably take over once phil is not with us anymore

    he wouldnt try to buy the franchise if the plan doesnt exist, hes not stupid, he knows hes 84 and that he probably wont live much longer... imagine buying the franchise at the age of 84, just to sell it when you die... it makes no sense at all
