This is what Woo said: "Sharpe’s gifts are evident, but it’s going to take him some time to make an impact, something that doesn’t necessarily align with what the Blazers are trying to accomplish.     This was exactly as you were saying? So you are saying that Daniels was the smarter choice? Not sure I see a difference between the two players for this upcoming year. Since Daniels can't shoot yet.

    I think the article said it was the 2nd workout Portland saw. I believe he did a Pro Day workout at the combine or shortly after.

    I believe Steve Kerr plays everyone in the rotation regularly, even the end of the bench guys will get some burn, every 3 or 4 games. That sounds like a good policy to keep everyone invested and get them real game experience. But, if this team tries to be competitive, the regular, every game minutes need to be earned.
