I knew it would be The Parthenon in Tennessee without looking.

It would have to be a house near the Arctic Circle in Alaska...take your pick...probably the one without power or firewood

Union Station though? It's cool, yes, but I'd take the Astoria Column, Vista House, Timberline Lodge, or probably a bunch of others I'm not thinking of first.

My boss bought an auction where they could sleep there overnight, but they never used it.

My friend documented the destruction of "Little Chigago" in South Side Sioux City Iowa...a beautiful city at the time...they demolished all the old opera houses, cobblestone streets, and statues and amazing italian masonry that was originally built by Al Capone as his favorite hangout to escape the heat in Chicago...St Vincent's hospital was above it on a hill made from an old French castle...not sure if it survived either...sad to see Little Chicago become malls and steel and glass modern buildings. Last time I was there I used to go drink scotch at an Italian pub with nothing but Frank Sinatra albums on the jukebox...it's probably gone now too. At least we have photographs of some of these places

Parthenon is cool in the kitschy way that it was kind of an underwhelming replication.
