Back in 1971, when I had my Bar Mitzvah, we had a family friend who was kind of an old hippie veterinarian. At the reception, he brought me a present - a kitten inside a cardboard carrying box. On the side he wrote, with a big bold black marker: "Now that you're a man, I thought you deserved a little pussy." Ah, the 70s!
Tripped over a root, landed hard on my bad knee, scraped it to hell, and Lucia started loudly meowing. I got hurt, why is she crying?
Hello, I hope you are alright! Your cat was concerned. I read a story once where a man was on his horse riding on some wilderness trail and got knocked off somehow( unknown how, likely bucked off if/when the horse got spooked over something)per the story. The man was found dead by some hikers and as they came upon him, the horse was lying next to his side. Body reportedly dead for a couple days and the horse didn't leave. Animals love thier owners and feel their pain just as us animal lovers feel animals pain. Ever be talking to someone on the phone, they yawn and then you yawn? Almost always happens to me!
I am OK, I am strong I am invincible I am woman. Takes more than a scraped knee to bring me down. I have heard of animals calling when their human needs help. Read an article years ago about yawning, had a page of photos of various animals yawning and author predicted reader would yawn. It's contagious.
