If Westbrook can still get traded, for the 4th time with a big ass contract, including after the last year in L.A., all you people whining about Dame taking the extension should realize, no contract is untradeable.

The league needs to get the Lakers back on top.

Will the Lakers somehow sign Miles Bridges?

I can’t fathom why teams keep trading for that scrub. Either of them.

See: John Wall. Yes, some contracts are untradeable.

With that being said, I would find it hard to believe any Blazers fans would anticipate Dame would suddenly dip down to the Westbrook/Wall level of value after signing that massive extension. Just because he'd be tradeable, though, doesn't mean it is a smart thing to do.

Nets are gonna want 2 1st to take on more salary and Westbrook, to let Cryee go. If i was the Nets , i'd Wall him like Houston did. Let his ass rot for a year, if the Lakers refuse adding the draft picks.

Yup. LeBron is only getting older. Demand unprotected 1sts 2-3 years into the future

It's crazy to me that it's even possible to trade Russ. Dude just received all of the karma all at once and is just done. Even with picks. I just can't believe Kyrie for Russ is not a joke.

(And I know Kyrie is insane, but he can still play basketball. Russ can't.)

You mean the John Wall that was traded by the Wizards?

Or do you mean the John Wall who had an Achilles injury, an infection, and was still traded with his big contract? Or the John Wall who has never been as good of a player as Damian, who still got traded with a bad contract?

Swoop in and nab Ben Simmons on the cheap.

    A healthy Simmons/Blazers = contenders

I hate the idea that the lakers are going to be able to unload a useless washed player for an all-star talent because they’re LA.

Someone on Reddit said something to the effect of the Lakers are like a rich kid that crashes his dad’s car and is immediately rewarded with a new one. No matter how much they mess up and make dumb decisions, they end up getting bailed out.

Yeah, it's bullshit. Hope it falls through. They deserve to be stuck with Westbrook.
