He had double the amount of shots as anyone else and Frankie was looking to get him the ball.

As a matter of fact, a lot of the sets ran by the Kings were to get him shots. Did you watch the game?

I think that will be tough on his team.
Certainly is capable though. Wasn’t hitting tonight but his shot is so smooth/effortless.

Still think the only thing that will hold him back is he shoots a lot of contested shots because he can’t create enough space, particularly off the bounce.

I did not watch the entire game--summer league is kind of boring if it's not your team playing haha.

Edit: I'm just saying in general bigs struggle in summer league.

I think it’s interesting to watch some players, but yeah it can be boring and a tough watch at times. In general I agree it can be a struggle for some bigs. The Kings are pretty much using this as a Keegan showcase though lol. I think Keegan is fun to watch also. Such a smooth player.

I’ll probably tune in for Chet/Jabari/Paolo if they’re playing as well. Probably Sochan, Eason, Daniels.

I'll definitely be watching a lot of vegas summer league. This california invitational is not that interesting since the kings are the only team with a high draft pick. So once Keegan sits it's basically a bunch of nobodies. At least with Vegas both teams will have players to watch for the most part.

my expectations for shaedon are fairly low in summer league.

    - ~10-15 ppg on decent efficiency.
    - doesn't get overwhelmed by defenses focusing more attention on him.
    - shades of improvement during the course of the week.
    - last but not least: i want to see him play all of the games. I know top picks have a tendency to shut it down at the end, but he needs reps.

Most of all, I just want him to show that he belongs. That matchup against Dyson might not be pretty but I want to see him withstand the pressure and show some flashes.

I’d love to see him come out and dominate but at this point I will be happy if he comes out and just shows that he clearly belongs so he can shut people up.

Who’s the last straight from high school player to play in SL? That’s basically what Sharpe is.

first summer league, and he hasn't played 5 on 5 in a calendar year.

these games are hardly predictive of future success. i think he's gonna take a while to get his legs. just need to see a work ethic to build on his fundamental ability.

I think even Kobe in his first summer league game probably showed signs of greatness.

It’s a figure of speech and I didn’t tell “you” or any other specific poster that.

Now if you feel it was targeted at you, can’t help ya there buddy. That’s a personal problem.
