I’m sure he won’t clear waivers, but if he does we need to bring him in. He’s young (24) and perfect bench support for the bigs.

He'd be a nice pickup unless we have something else in the works trade wise, I prefer him over Eubanks

I believe newly signed players (Ant, Nurk) can't be traded, even Sharpe for 30 days. .

Do we really expect any moves (before the season starts) to happen other than Dame's extension and formalizing what we've already heard?

My assumption is we're done for this summer. Trades will happen by the deadline in Feb 2023. But I really don't know what's still possible.

We're really guard heavy and lacking in size/height currently.

The Blazers are actually 6th on the waiver claim list and have a TPE you can use to claim a player. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like they want to add anymore payroll (I hope this is wrong).

Technically if the stretch Bledsoe's $3.9 for 3 years, they're about $4.5 million under the hard cap line. Doubt they'll bring in another player though.

Lots of complaining on this board about our need for a PF and/or back-up C and Roby actually makes sense. He’s young. Minimum contract. And we do need a PF/C. Get him for Summer League, see what he shows and let the chips fall as they may.

I’m no salary cap tracker but at this point I don’t see the team trading Bledsoe’s $19mil contract, so waive him, stretch him, etc. so that we can bring in a PF/C body. And Roby just might be a steal.
