BTW it's like this in January too when you have 2 feet of snow and it's negative whatever degrees.

Must be horribly boring. Every day just like the last. Life really loses its appeal in that situation, an endless bummer. The only way out is suicide, n'est-ce pas?

I believe suicide rates in Oregon are way higher than here.

You have an Audi but you don't have AC. Wow. You spent $40k incorrectly, sir.

The Audi probably has AC. Maybe HCP needs to (continue to) live in his car.

We spent the money on an AC unit when we moved into our new house. It sucked because the cost of just the outdoor unit right now is almost as much as an entire system that we bought four years ago. But it has been worth every penny so far. The house is nice and cool. Doesn't matter what the temp is outside.

Today just happens to be the day of a work golf event. WHY? I'll be putting on sunscreen, bringing a wet towel to throw on my head, drinking lots of water of course. Should I pick some Pedialyte up on my way to the course? 100 degrees is too hot.

Pedialyte should be used in addition to water, not as a substitute for water. If you are going to drink alcohol while golfing then make sure you have lots of water too.

Gatorlyte’s work good and have a little more water. Propel is really good too.

I have a condition which makes get dehydrated quicker than the average person so I’m usually really very aware of my hydration situation. Those products work best for me along with water of course and Dos Equis.

I’m getting married in cascade locks this weekend. Supposed to be over 100 degrees there on Saturday. I have to wear a suit. Luckily the reception is in a pavilion with AC.

I have a large family and there’s close to 200 people coming. I wish we could have just done a destination wedding.

Close to 20k down the shitter on this one

congratulations! My son got married outside under the oak trees at Mt Pisgah arboretum in August in 2017...was great to be outside since we wore suits as well. ..have a great wedding! Fortunately the bride's dad footed the bill for the venue...we took care of the catering and tux rentals.

Yeah luckily my mom has a lot of connections so the DJ was free and some other people she knows are helping out with stuff.

    But still.

Same situation. I'm not all that into weddings or its not that important to me and BAM......Money out da window. I wanted to keep costs down, but everything costs a lot.
