You can take absolutely NOTHING from summer league. Good or bad.

Dame doesn’t get rid of the ball fast. He has been playing in an ISO heavy offense for most of his career. I need to see him buy into this offense.

4 game winning streak after the CJ trade with Ant, Nurk, Winslow, Hart, Nas or Watford.....that was the first glimpse of Chauncey ball and it was so good we shut them down and tanked. That team beat the Warriors over that stretch

I thought each game was a great example of defense winning...shocking I know but it was eye opening to me...and why we tanked instantly after that run.

Whenever I see a weird streak like this, I usually chalk it up to opposing teams not knowing how to game plan a last-minute scratch of a star player. a 4-game sample, to me, seems like teams not knowing where to focus on. Then the rest of the league figures it out.

    Love Enes!
If this NBA thing doesn't pan out, don't be surprised to see him take a shot at pro wrestling.

It was purely defense and ball movement...some of the best two way ball I've seen from a Blazers team since Dame was a rookie....I think it was a sign of things to come and I think it's why all those guys all of a sudden had to sit out so the third string could tank. Opened my eyes and probably the eyes of the league as well....I'm sure this is when Nurk decided he liked Chauncey ball. He also said as much recently...it's more fun passing the ball around and playing defense. I can't wait to see more of this in the upcoming season.

My guess is if Phil Knight is still kicking the tires, Jody ain't giving Enes a contract.
