Cole-Castillo. Lets go Cole I expect a shutdown game today, you keeping your composure and dominating a weak hitting mariners team. Benintendi, time to get off your ass and getting some hits already. Cashman had a good trade period until making imo one of the dumbest trades in club history, a starter for a part time outfielder whose strength is his speed and defense which will both be affected by his plantar fasciitis. WTF were you thinking cashman and now German instead of being in the minors becomes a fixture in the rotation till they finally give Clarke Schmidt a chance at it.

Lets go. Score early and often. Jesus Christ, judge being rested again with a day off tmo! WTF. Lineup is all fucked up as well with Rizzo leading off, Donaldson batting cleanup, hicks in the lineup period and the equally useless higi playing today. Cole better not give up more than a run or 2.

Nice start cole . You are a fake ace give up 4 runs in the first and no out. Guess I don’t have to waste a nice afternoon outside watching this crap especially since yanks don’t care sitting judge AGAIN.

And now that feared .126hitter kalenick goes deep to make it 6-0 in the first inning. I have no confidence in Cole beating the Astros or Toronto in a big spot. What a choke. And now the bullpen will have to throw another 6 or 7 innings thanks to our ace

WTF is with Cole? He's either I've cold or hot as hell!
Did the loss of stick 'em/pine tar make that much of a difference? It sure seems to have!

Six runs, three being home runs in one flipping inning, WTF!!! :breakdance:

IKF is a stop-gap until Anthony Volpe is ready,!

IKF has struggled defensively this season, hosting a .965 fielding percentage with 11 errors over 784 innings. If not for Anthony Rizzo at first base, he might have far more errors than recorded. With Texas in 2021, he was a bit more effective with a .972 fielding percentage over 1,360 innings.

Offensively, Kiner-Falefa makes frequent contact, hitting .269, but hasn’t hit a home run this season and features just a 31% on base rate. Sometimes, making contact isn’t enough, especially if it is weak and doesn’t translate to getting on base. The former Ranger currently hosts an 81 wRC+, indicating he’s 19% worse than the average MLB player.

The numbers indicate the Yankees should be considering other options at shortstop.

Yep. This team does not have an Ace. This team looks lost…. which is a Cashman’s trait as GM. With 11 game
lead over Toronto, this team looks to be on vacation mode. Yankees down 7-3 after Higgy HR. inning 7.
