I don't understand this comment. I'd say it certainly changes with those guys, who have a history of playing a very different way.

Even more so when he hasn't coached a single game with those guys as the starters. Not to mention whomever will be the SF?

Kanter has more guts than any player in the NBA. All the players who took up the flag for BLM are afraid to say anything about the racial oppression going on in China, which is far worse than anything in the U.S. They keep their mouths shut and keep their jobs. Kanter speaks out and loses his. It’s all quite despicable for a league that made such a production about civil rights in 2020.

Looking more likely Enis will be, blackballed from the association!
Im amazed that Ive not seen one NBA player stand in support of Enis's protest. Not one!
Please show me if you know of one.
With all the protesting that went on over the last few years Im very surprised to say the least.
Fucking cancel culture its made people afraid and hypocritical.

He averaged 3.7pts per game for the Celtics last year.

He has career earnings of over $100 million.

    I think he'll survive.

I get what you're saying especially with China having some connection with about every product and distributed.
Yeah, Morey got reprimanded big time for bitting the commies hand.

Kanter is out of the league for more reasons than his comments.

When you're 30 years old and lack defensive abilties to make you playable in the post season, it's going to be near impossible to find a team. Young teams don't want a 30 year old taking away mintues from the young guys. And the vet teams are looking to plug their roster with guys who can help them win in the playoffs.

Having said that, I'd have zero issues having Kanter on the roster over Eubanks.

I truly fail to see what cancel culture, whatever that is, Black Lives Matter, or Chinese communists have to do with Kanter getting an NBA job.

He insulted Adam Silver and basically every superstar with a tennis shoe deal which means he's taking on Adidas, Nike, all the big ones...I don't think Dame wants to hear about how he's milking the world by dealing with an international fan base and a shoe deal. When Enes went after Lebron he opened a can of worms about his shoe deal and recently went after Adam Silver...it's like he wants to get black balled....I like Enes but sometimes he sticks his foot in his own mouth even if he's right when what he should be doing is starting an American shoe company himself..walk the walk. Enes since becoming a US citizen has been hanging out with a lot of politicians ranging from Ron Wyden to DeSantis. He went to the White House correspondence dinner. If Phil Knight bought the team he'd blacklist Enes in a heartbeat.

If you are referring to my comments its mostly about no one from the league standing with Enis in protest or even just a show of support. His concerns are reaI and valid. I guess since Morey got reprimanded for commenting on Hong Kong residents being harassed and beaten by Chinese Communist, the whole league is now, including those, & EF, that stood up in support of BLM, turning their heads and not being a voice against the Chinese Communist Party and the atrocities against the Uyghur people. I mean not one voice sporting EF for fear of reprimanded or losing their job. Just my observation and opinion doesnt have to be yours.

That's part of it. Most people only support "selfish" issues, either stuff that directly affects their little bubble, or stuff they're worried about being judged for not publicly endorsing.
