Put @THE HCP in that picture, and I think we find the hole in that theory.

Are you kidding? If that had happened they’d still be bragging about it.

Lots of discussion about why people kill and what we should do about it.
This guy. Mental? If not and just deemed evil, should he get a death penalty? Should we lock him up for life?

I personally feel these are the types that need to be removed from society. One way or another.

There is alot of anger and rage out there and many people are unable to control it.
    Is that a mental disability?
How do we prevent people from snapping like this?
The guy has money so it isn't a poverty thing. If he is a druggy he manages it well to be driving a car like that, so i would think he is just evil with no care for life or he is mental.
It seems to me almost anything can be deemed a mental disability but there are some people who just do not value life and are evil. These types should be put down like rabid dogs.
Obviously we don't know if he is truly guilty or not, but if he is and is deemed mentally stable? He needs to go away. Permanently. Not interested in paying for his three meals a day and concrete roof.
People are animals and like some animals, some people just need to be put down.

The poor poor wife and children left behind.

I don't trust the government to only convict guilty people, so I don't support giving them the power to kill people. If found guilty he should get life without the possibility of parole, IMO.

Life in prison removes this person from society.
Killing him will cost more than keeping him in prison for life.

And I certainly don't support making it easier for our government to kill people.

Animals are put down because they don't have rights and we don't want to waste resources on keeping them away from society.

People have rights. Those rights make it more expensive and resource intensive to kill people than jail them for life.

Regardless of what a person does, we should not remove the rights of every American so we can kill people who are not a threat to society.

Prisoners are not a threat to society. There is no need to allow the government to kill them.
