I hope Joe gets through this covid...he's slow to beat it so far. He's actually doing more than he gets credit for considering what he inherited with the job.

By not mentioning it in your post. You seem to be saying that you are fine with democrats removing jurisdiction from a court to appease Joe Manchin. If the democrats can't get their way, they simply change the system to fit their opinion. That seems very much like a republican to me.
Compromise is the name of the game to get things done in Congress. Its nothing new between dems and repub's. Personally I dont have an issue with a natural gas pipe line.
Make a concession to get the positives in the bill or be pure and get nothing. Reminiscent of people too pure to vote in 2016. Worked out great, didn't it?
