I just discovered some vegetarian chorizo sausage that is way better than meat chorizo...doesn't have all the grease...been making Hawaiian chorizo and egg breakfasts all week...el prez would love it....it's made with SOY! and spirulina and good stuff. Happy to find a substitute for once that's actually better tasting that the original and healthier. It tastes exactly like Portuguese chorizo..

With prostrate issues you should consider not eating much BBQ...lot of uric acid in BBQ. Bad for gout and prostrate problems. The best recipe for lettuce wraps is to make delicious food and wrap it in lettuce! I grew a ton of romaine lettuce this year and make wraps all the time. Caramelized onions, mushrooms, cashews, lean strips of meat, bell peppers, cilantro, garlic puree and feta cheese with olives with some sesame oil are great for wraps. Tuna wraps are great too with celery and oil and vinegar.

I already had the surgeries. Plus, this isn't my normal diet. Moderation in everything.......including moderation.

Would love to meet you then! Actually, we may not be getting there until later this year.

We harvested our first potatoes today and had grilled salmon my son caught a few weeks ago...garden stir fry and roasted baby potatoes, russian purples and irish reds ....great dinner by my wife..she grilled the salmon to perfection! Great potato harvest this year...we planted a lot and they're starting to come in.

Back page of Consumer Reports dedicated to advertising and promotion bloopers. The current issue shows a sign in a diner advertising lemon poopie cake.

I laughed so hard I startled Lucia.
Yes, I did read The Help.
