Sounds like a couple drunk buttholes being obnoxious instead of an entire crowd.

Sure, the tweet is misleading. I just thought the heckling was funny.

Wow, they have been taking the Yankees to the cleaners!

That makes me happy. As someone who isn’t really a big baseball fan. I still don’t like the Yankees. Sorry Joe….

It’s like watching the Patriots lose. Or the Celtics/Lakers. Seattle Sounders. Russian national teams. And I guess I don’t really care who wins or loses in hockey, which I do enjoy.

Yankees are the worst of the lot. For some reason baseball allows them to continue to buy championships

Three way tie for me between the Lakers, Yankees, and ducks.

They sure have been trying to buy them but... They actually haven't won in 14 years. (I'm including this year because I'm trying to send it out into the universe early)

Went to the game yesterday - had a good time, but that's a long drive to pay out the nose to watch baseball. $78 for a club level ticket, $35 to park, concession prices worse than Moda - kind of glad I'm only a casual Mariners fan.

Yeah but a basketball game lasts ~2 hours while a baseball game lasts 2 weeks.

So then the price to watch the best game in the world, baseball, is a bargain! 2 weeks of baseball for $100! Sign me up!

I'm a die hard Cubs fan but couldn't help getting a little Mariners fever back in the Griffey/Johnson/Buhner 90's, so I've always had a soft spot for them. Really hoping they finally snap this streak and make the playoffs but the question begs, if they get bounced in the WC round, can you really call it making the playoffs? Will you accept that as a fan or do they need to play in the ALDS for it to truly count?

Off topic bit but the Little League regional between Oregon and Washington was fun to watch.

And it’s only possible because every team has 500 players.

I really hope it doesn't come to that. They won't get bounced in the first round, please god.

Did you see the final play? What a heartbreaker. That ump REALLY screwed up.

Saw some people upset over the ending of this one last night and just watched it back. Holy crap that was all kinds of screwed up for the Oregon kids. The ump even threw his hands in the air signifying a dead ball and then let the play continue. Then to go to replay and call it good was a travesty. Growing up on the north side of the Columbia, I'll almost always root for anything Washington over Oregon, but those kids got screwed!
