So all Trump needed to do was setup a presidential library and request that all of these documents be moved to his presidential library, right? I am sure the NARA would have allowed him to take those top secret documents to his library, right?

Trump should go straight to Guantanamo prison and rot there and if his sentence ever expires be permanently exiled from the US....I don't think Trump could survive in prison for long.
If the alternative is a potential civil war I think he does pardon him. Public trust in politics has long since eroded, unfortunately.
