it's no secret that Ant is the weakest defender in our starting lineup. Even Steph Curry gets subbed out for defensive possessions. I don't see the need to continually trash him. He had a decent game.

Go watch that fourth it wasn’t just Doncic. Ant got cooked by Dinwiddie too and was not making rotations on shooters. That’s fine if he’s giving you offense on the other side but he wasn’t doing that either.

It’s not trashing him to say his defense cost us the game. It did, but it’s fine, it’s a regular season game. This should be a learning experience for him because if this team wants to be better he’s gotta get better on defense.

I don't recall seeing Chauncey coaching up Simons like he did Little and Grant earlier in the game.
Pretty sure if he was as shitty as some say, no doubt, we would have seen the Coach agree.

SOLID 4-2 road trip, those last games of a stretch like that can be tough ones, hopefully Portland doesn't have that first game at home after a long road trip hangover.

It’s not just his Post-D against Luka he DID miss rotations Dinwiddie and others leaving wide open threes no hand up. He also looked off Sharpe open on the three point line at least twice. I love Ant but he’s been gaining some bad habits (lack of effort at times on D and selfishness on offense). I’ve legit been wondering if he’s jealous of/threatened by Sharpe. I swear he never passes Sharpe the ball.

Last of a long road trip. Short handed. Dallas just lost two and badly wanted this. I am disappointed. But when you looked at the schedule at the star of the season, did you think 4-2 on this trip would be disappointing?

something about dallas. we used to give up switches to Dirk at the foul line against a guard as if that was our plan back in the day too. dude hit so many turnaround jumpers over a shorter defender against us all the damn time

I don't know if I want lillard to pass or shoot.
He should pass sometimes but he's telegraphing a bunch of them so far this season.

That’s absolutely incorrect. Ant did not get cooked by Dinwiddie. How can he get cooked by Dinwiddie when he was covering Luka? Dinwiddie had 4 baskets in the 4th and 3 of them were those 3s he hit in a row when Ant was on Luka.

The teams star and lead scorer needs to shoot. Unfortunately, he didn't shoot well tonight.

Portland falls short in their final game of their 6 game road trip, but still went 4-2 in those 6 games. The Mavs made the clutch plays in the last few minutes. Come talk about it with us!

I would like to open a thread about it but at the same time I don't want to make it maybe bigger than it is BUT.....

Is it just me or there's a bunch of teammates who DON'T PASS THE BALL TO SHAEDON?

Is it Shaedon's fault for moving too little or.....?
