So you're going to prolong the agony for as long as is possible?
Nice! I think at this point the Blazers are a Play-in team again.

Are you kidding or just trying to be the hot take guy? They've been in 6 of the last 8 finals and are the defending champs, do you really think they've suddenly fallen off a cliff? They've aging top talent and are trying to integrate a whole bunch of young top picks & new pieces. For them the regular season is a process. Divincenzo was supposed to replace GPII as their best on ball defender, but he's been dinged most of the start of this season. Steph is still absolutely killing it. Remember how they weren't healthy until the end of the year last season? Expect them to shake off the malaise and round into form as guys find their roles. If they're right entering the playoffs, I won't be surprised to see them run roughshod over the league again.

I don’t know. Their defense is looking pretty darn suspicious. Green’s impact on that side seems to have fallen off quite a bit. I tune into a lot of Warriors games when I can. Curry is still doing his thing, Wiggins is playing okay. Klay and Draymond have been pretty bad. Poole as always is helter skelter.

There is no question in my mind they will make the playoffs. Then they will play playoff basketball. Champions all over that roster.

They’ll make the playoffs for sure. I just don’t think they’re as dominant as they’ve been in years past. Mainly because their defense looks lousy.

Kerr is a pretty decent coach. I'm betting he will find a way to win some games but yeah It's real hard to repeat and even tougher as the years continue to mount. Not the same team this year and there are some issues no doubt.

Not if they keep playing the same defense they’ve been playing. I think obviously they’ll make the playoffs. But they’ve been routinely giving up 130 pt games to some of the leagues scrub teams.

Last years Warriors were the first team ever to win a championship without a top 10 defense. The defense looks even worse this year.

Curry will do his thing. But he’s already dropped a 50 burger in a loss this year. That team can’t defend.

Right on....But I'd take them in a 7 game series against almost every team in the west right now!

You don’t go 1-9 on road and recover to win the title. Maybe the 4 seed. But they won’t win the title.

Blazers are back in the Top 6 and only 1 game out of #1.

    1. Phoenix 11-6
    2. Utah 12-7
    3. Sacramento 10-6
    4. LA Clippers 11-7
    5. New Orleans 10-7
    6. Portland 10-7

If you’re wondering why Pels are ahead of us, it’s because we are in a 3way with Denver and the Pels are division leader. If the tie was just Pels and us, we would have the tiebreaker. For now.

    Tomorrow:

    Portland @ Cleveland
    Sacramento @ Atlanta
    Dallas (9-7) @ Boston
    Minnesota (9-8) @ Indiana
    Denver (10-7) @ OKC
    New Orleans @ San Antonio
    Detroit @ Utah
    LA Clippers @ Golden State

You have absolutely NO CREDIBILITY whatsoever. You lost that a long time ago.
Now to respond to the post. You have no idea how this season will end.

History. Lakers 3 peated in 2002. The following season, they got off to a horrible start. They were 11-18 at one point. They rallied. They got the 5 seed. But they lost in the 2nd round. Warriors remind me of those Lakers. They’re worn down from all their success. Find me a team that was 1-9 on the road and won the title. Yes, they haven’t lost a Western Conference playoff series since 2014. That’s incredible. But 2014 was almost 9 years ago. They’re getting older. They’re not as good as they used to be. There’s no way they win the title unless they trade for KD. Even then, I’m not so sure.

    Listen to yourself please.
Standing on your soapbox proclaiming the Warriors are older and probably won't repeat does not make you look wise. Everyone knows this.
It's very hard to repeat. It's even harder to keep winning after 8 years of it.

Sorry. Probably could have left that out. Just the hot takes get old is all.
    Carry on.

1.5 games out of first. 4-1 vs Top 3 teams in West! Pretty incredible that we lost 4 games in a row and still have a better record than both teams that played in the 2022 WCF. Great start, Blazers!!! Stay in the running for a top 3 seed. That is what we need to have shot at title.

    1. Phoenix 12-6
    2. Denver 12-7
    3. New Orleans 11-8
    4. Memphis 11-8
    5. Portland 11-8
    6. Utah 12-9

    Tomorrow:
    Utah at Phoenix
    Dallas (9-8) at Toronto

    Sunday:
    Portland at Brooklyn
    Memphis at New York
    Indiana at LA Clippers (11-9)
    Dallas at Milwaukee
