I no longer see the Mets as a possible landing spot for Judge, mainly because I don't think he'd wanna play in NYC where Mets fans would love him and Yanx fans would hate him. I also think Judge is smart enough to see the roster problems that most of us already realize and he may see that as a possible roadblock to winning a WS. Hopefully, the brass can find a way to jettison Stanton and/or Hicks and/or Donaldson. Judge was also probably not very happy that he was actually booed in the post season after the year he had. Signing with SF would allow him to go back home and play under much less scrutiny and pressure.

Steinbrenner does not deserve to own this team...he does not have the burning desire and passion his Father did...and as far as who deserves what, the fans definitely deserve better.
