Why is gallant scratching Kravtsov. What a loser Gallant is. Kravtsov finally showed some improvement.

Nice deflection Kakko! The Z, Laf, Kakko line strikes again!

Lindgren's gotta be a bit smarter there.

Good third period so far. About time they took Kreider away from Zibanejad.

Kakko, Laf and Chytil score in the same game. I don't think I would ever hear that. Good on them.

It's what happens when you move Kreider to the third line because he's a useless fuck at even strength.

    Is that all it takes?
Meanwhile Kreider has the most even strength goals on the team (8).

Great 3rd period, looked more like last year's team. For the team to be successful the youth have to bring this level of play to every game.

In reality..it would seem all it took was moving the young guys up to play with the two best forwards on the team in Zibanejad and Panarin.
Small sample size. A lot of hockey left to be played. Hopefully they have turned a corner.

They should absolutely trade him. He clearly doesn't fit on this team..........

Panarin is a power play specialist at this point who they pay 11 million a year. Not exactly a good value. He is still a turnover machine at even strength.

If that is your entire reasoning for trading him thank god you're not the GM.
Panarin is one of the premier playmakers in the league. There is no logical reason for trading him at this point.

Laf and Kakko had their usual 14 minutes of ice time, if they need Mika to hold their hands to produce so be it I love the effort. Special teams are still middle of the road but the 2 PP goals by Mika were encouraging. Panarin is having a great year again, guys who score +1 PPG are not easy to replace.
