Yes. If you have the imgur app on your phone you can just share it to it, then copy Link.

The simplest way I've figured out how to do it.

    Looks delicious though!

More chat gbt awesomeness for cooking. I had exactly 540g of pastry flour that I wanted to use up. So what did I do? I asked chatgbt to give me a pie crust recipe for 540g of flour and all ingredients in weight. No math for me to mess things up anymore. Anyway I thought that was pretty cool and worth sharing.

Creating chocolate raspberry genoise for a potluck. All components are made and will be assembled tomorrow. Astonishing how much heat various watched pots can absorb when contents are being slowly brought to a boil while stirring.

Made two cake layers, which will be split to make four, cocoa Chambord syrup to brush on layers,. raspberry puree and chocolate raspberry ganache with the puree. Chocolate leaves for decoration.

    That was better, thanks.

This is the result of my pie crust. Two hamburger pies. It's been one of my go tos for a long time, pretty simple actually just 1 lb of beef, two packs of brown gravy mix, and some frozen veggies for the filling along with basic spices. Topped with a layer of cheese and another layer instant mashed potatoes. If you use premade crust it's a super easy meal. Anyway my crust turned out great. Working with the cold butter was a challenge but I figured it out. I actually ended up using my baking steel as a cold plate, which worked really well. I still have a lot of leftover dough so tomorrow maybe empanadas?

Saw a rainbow flag flying from house in my community so left a note. They came to tea las Saturday. They are vegan so I made vegan brownies. Not bad. Softer than standard since eggs add structure and butter, unlike oil, is solid at room temperature. They are fun people. Will get together again.

No one has posted. Anyone eat lately?

Having my vegan friends, excuse me, queer vegan Buddhist friends, to lunch Sunday. Tomato salad, falafel in pita with hummus, vegan chocolate mousse.

Also making a chocolate tart with mascarpone cream for a dinner party.

I took the before photo, but my appetite got in the way of capturing the finished product.

Flat iron steaks and fondant potatoes.

I’m reaching the point where I’m finding new yorks and ribeyes to be highly overrated and will generally prefer a good flat iron or hanger steak over them. Fondants are amazing and so easy.

Basically bread. Slightly sweet. Soft even texture. Not bad but I prefer whole grain.
