?

What are you hoping for with this pick?

  1. Draft Scoot and keep him

    27.6%
  2. Draft Miller and keep him

    28.6%
  3. Draft someone else at 3 and keep him (please specify)

    3.1%
  4. Trade down, but still draft in the lottery

    10.2%
  5. Trade the pick for a starting forward

    30.6%

You can include S&Ts in larger deals, yes. The difficulty is combining it with a pick, since you can't negotiate with free agents until after the draft. So we'd have to pick for a different team, and hope our FA plays along. It basically never happens.

Sounds a little like Olshey. Except , of course, Masai did make the move for Kwahi and won it all. But Olshey seemed to be unwilling to part with CJ, but gave in and traded too much comp for so so returns in trades. Funny that Neil, who wasn't all in on PDX, is still seen in the area.

Where are you getting your stats?

Scoot had an ORtg of 115.9 and a DRtg of 118.

    Here is Ivey

This isn't great for an apples to apples comparison because A) it's a tiny tiny tiny sample size for Scoot and B) this is someone playing in the G League compared to someone playing in the NBA, HOWEVER Scoot put up better numbers pretty much across the board.

Good ones today. Plus they still have access to future 1st for even more moves.

To be fair, if I was 7' instead of 6' I would have been in the NBA. :blazerwookie:

No, I get what you are saying. I think the shorten year was 72 games instead of 82 plus 6 playoff games I believe. Not really a big difference. I could be wrong on the numbers though. I knew them yesterday but I am over 50 so...

I think the Pistons would do this if it's Miller but it might need a third team if it's Scoot. I like it though. It makes a lot of sense. Maybe with the exception of the fact that Dame said that he's not down with anymore 19 year olds and Duren will still be 19 when the season tips off. Just kidding, I think he'd be OK with an extremely athletic C that was almost a 10 and 10 guy in under 25 minutes per game in his rookie season, especially if it came along with Siakam.

Maybe instead of a trade with Nurk, he spends the off-season with a sports psych
