    I've been in the process of quitting cigs. I started smoking cigs when i was 9 years old and lately, ive been cutting down. I have only had 4 cigs all week, and no cigs in the last two days. I've cut down, but its hard to quit altogether. any tips for getting the last step done? i mean 5 cigs a week isnt bad at all, but i wanna quit altogether but it's tough.

    Try biting on straws or small candies when you want to smoke.</p>

    Nasty habit, I want to quit myself, several of my friends have.</p>

    - If your craving a ciggy, smoke a pen. Just doing the action seems to help</p>

    - Think about what you could buy with the money you'd be saving</p>

    Or, if you want to go extreme..don't eat all day and then at night chain smoke many cigarettes
    Take huge draws, like beyond anything you can handle and you'll feel disgusted and almost vomit </p>

    Get the patch, and when you wanna smoke, do something to get it off your mind like play basket-ball or something...

    Didn't you see the end of that King of the Hell episode? Bobby became addicted to the cigaretted after chain smoking them, even though he felt disgusted and vomitted. </p>

    smokin is def a nasty habit. i will never smoke...tho 2 of my cousins smoke, and a few friends smoke, and i hate it. it's gross.</p>

    it's gotta be a tough habit to get rid of, tho. does nicorette gum help? my uncle's using it to stop dippin.</p>

    Dippin is nasty. One of my roomates was a dirty bastard and would leave dip cups all over. Disgusting.
