Do you guys think Vick wil ever take a snap again for the Falcons, or any other team for that matter?
Ive been thinking about this for a few days now, and I think hes done too....Heres why: More than any other player in the NFL, Vick relys on superior athletic ability to succeed....hes not a "savy" player, hes not a particularly well rounded player, and hesnot know for his knowledge of the game....If hes out of the game until 2010, he would be 30 years old, which is about the time a player starts to see signifigant drops in ability anyway....I think he was going to decline seriously anyway, because without his athletic advantage, i see nothing redeeming in his game as a QB....
He may turn up in Canada in a few years, just as a gimmick. you know, sell a few more tickets eh?
As for the NFL, forget it. It's all over for Mike.

His NFL Career is over. I could see him end up in Canada or even Arena League but he'll never play in the NFL again in my opinion.
Yes, from the looks of things Vick will never play in the NFL again. If only I could say the same for Harrington!
Ah, what the hell! Go Falcons Go!

I am sorry I have to go against the conventional thinking on this. As has historically been proven (Ray Lewis, Ricky Williams, Lawarance Phillips, Bill Romonowski, Randy Moss, and on and on and on) NFL stand for Not For Long, which is exactly how long NFL teams remember things like this. Phillips was convicted of dragging his girlfriend down a few flights of stairs by her hair if I remember correctly and yet still found a spot on a top team at the time the Rams. Romo is a player everyone loves to hate, until he is on your team. He will go do his time, he will serve his suspension and IF he can keep himself in shape, maybe playing QB for the prison team like in the Longest Yard, when all is said and done he will only be 30 years old and he will get signed. He won't bea QB in the NFL any more, and maybe shouldn't have been to begin with. But he will play.
The CFL has added a rule that will not allow players banned or suspended to play in the league. However, after Vick's deal is over he would be able to play up North.
BTW, welcome to the forum aat, hockey rules, some of this wimps just don't get it though (JK).

I think he will get another chance as much as I hate it. Some desperate team might sign him... Maybe... Oh yeah, DPGB, I won't respond to that comment earlier.
