yea hes not like bill russel or wilt chambs where hes gonna get like 50.
hes a monster though. his team just didnt have enough last night. i guess that game where they blew out the cedltics by 52 was a fluke afterall

Heh, of course it was a fluke. No team is 52 points better than another. That said, Pistons still lead the season series 2-1, so for now, they have the Celts' number.

    Got this from ESPN.com.

    Two-Team Tiebreaker
    1. Better record in head-to-head games
    2. Higher winning percentage in conference games
    3. Higher winning percentage within division (if teams are in the same division)
    4. Higher winning percentage against playoff teams in own conference
    5. Higher winning percentage against playoff teams in opposite conference
    6. Higher point differential between points scored and points allowed

So it goes to Conference Record, which the Pistons lead (.683 to .581)

lol Thats the only thing to say that will make you feel better about it...pistons played terrible and still had a good chance to win last night.rip 3-15 corliss 2-9 are you suppose to win games when your players shoot that? nope...

yet we had a good chance to win if it wasn't for those dumb calls on corliss..teams don't meet again til last game of the season. We won't play that bad again..

walker sucks so bad..1-8 threes

walker was the one who put the game a way in the 4th quarter with a series of drives to the hoop. that must have hurt. are u sure they dont meet til the last game of the season? anyways, theres no reason either team cant win that game. the celtics will have homecourt advantage and seemed to solve the pistons defensivley last night. the pistons also have a tough defense and a lot of ddepth but no one to match up with walker or pierce.

BTW frankly i dont see why i would have to make myself feel better about the 52 point blowout. i dont really care one way or a nother. i like the celtics more than i like the pistons but its nothing more than observing the fact that detroit isnt that much better than the celtics and by last nights game and the playoffs last year that might not even be better at all.

you ppl are looking at the nba average. well the thing is that differential with opponents is like 1rb a game. Its basically because we dont put up alot of shots or miss alot.

    here we see
    http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/statistics?s...er=true&split=0

and look at the total, only a -0.7 differential. so why does that make us a bad rebounding team

the pistons are a bad rebounding team because no one ecxept big ben even tries for the rebounds so theyre close the bottom of the league in rebounding

The Pistons dont need Big Ben to score a lot of points. We got other guy to do that. All Ben has to do is play solid defense and grab those boards.
