Rumor has it Larry Brown will be the next headcoach for the Clippers. They might have a rental coach for the next season while Larry Brown rests and spends time with his ailing mother. But he has a great relationship with Donald Sterling and might be able to make the Clippers a competitive team.
The NY times reported that brown will coach for the Clippers...he should at least make the better ..but that shouldn't be too hard after the nightmare year they had this season.
That would be the worst mistake he could make. Everyone says that he should coach the Rockets. they provide the best chance for a title
He has a great relationship with the whole Clippers organization. He has been known to turn teams around, as he did with San Antonio and Philadelphia. He most likely will go to Los Angeles or Cleveland. I don't see him going to Houston as they have a strong intrest in Van Gundy.
Brown already met with Houston yesterday...I say he'll go to Houston...goin to Clippers would just frustrate him...
They should give Dennis Johnson the reigns for a year. anyone who leanred under red auerbach is fit to coach in the NBA
