http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/basketba...52p-92114c.html That is a horrible trade for the Knicks, why would they want a guy like Keith Van Horn. The Knicks problem is they never try to rebuild. Their owner Dolan and GM Layden want to make the playoffs every year, they don't care what seed they are, they just want the extra money you get from playoff revenue. Keith Van Horn is not the answer. If the Knicks were smart they would rebuild and quit trading young players and draft picks for players like van Horn or Mcdyss last year.
it'd probably be a good deal for the Sixers, but the Knicks don't need him.. he won't help them get to the playoffs.
I secretly want to see this trade go down. The comedy value of Keith Van Horn colliding with Alan Houston as they drift around the 3pt line waving for the ball would be immeasurable. The best part is imagining how ESPN sportscasters would call the replay on Sportscenter.
BAD TRADE for the Knicks.. Knicks can do better with Kurt Thomas. They are better players to rade for like Mutombo or even Ratlif
it's almost impossible to rebuild the knicks, they have a bunch of huge salary cap players that noone wants. they could in like 5 years, as long as they don't sign anyone to long term deals.
i agree with knicks, we can get so much for thomas, or even ward its gonna take 5 years for the knicks to relaod but when they do watch out
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting raptors15:</div><div class="quote_post">i think that it would be a good deal for the sixers</div> I agree but if I was in the the eyes of the Knicks that would be a stupid move but hey bring it, 6ers is my team...
