JR bremer is better than jumaine jones but maybe the celtics needed him.

well with their draft pick of a pg then bremer becomes expandable, and jones is very versatile, he can play almost any position(except center)

this wasn't a bad trade for both sides Jurmaine Jones is good enough as both a go to guy or a roleplayer. And Bremer had a great season towards the end of last year. I was an even trade

I dont see Jumaine Jones as a go-to guy. Just a roleplayer.

The Celtics don't need another go-to-guy, they need a role player. Also this trade was good because they got rid of Sundov nd now they have don' have to put as many players on the Injured List

But Bremer had much more value and you don't need a young backup PG when you just drafted one with the 13th pick.

yea but Bremer wouold have value to the celts as a go to scorer off the bench. i cant imagine jumaine being so dependable. plus its not like the celtics dont already have too many subpar forwards to pick from. i htink cleveland got the better end of this deal

I don't think anyone knows yet. He'll have to battle it out with eric williams kedrick brown and brandon hunter in the preseason. Thats a pretty talented young group. hopefully the best out of all of them will be something to be reckoned with with a few solid contributors on the bench
