I heard this guy sucks. I don't know why all the press because he is doing badly against CANADIAN BALLERS. No disrespect to Canadians but the level of play is not as good as USA highschool ball.

He already is a big let down, everyone up here knows he sucks now. The only reason there are so many articles on him is because his managers keep hyping him up.

IVAN IS AMAZING and u cant say anything until u see him, and all the sources say hes 7'1??? hes grown like another 3 inches!!! hes like 7'4 now!! above one of u said that he only gets like 12 ppg...maybe last year but this year hes unstoppable, watever team gets him next year will have a chance in the playoffs and will advance far. He is a gift to the team that picks him up!!!!

Hes obviously not tearing it up, because he didn't even make the GTA Gr. 12 all star team. Click here for the GTA All Star Team

I live in Oakville, I have watched his games, I talk to guys on his team. At the very most he averages 12 points, in one of the games I saw all he had was 5. He doesn't blow by anyone all he does is stand around the 3 point line. And you go to Blakelock? I guess your post makes a little bit of sense seeing as you guys are one of the worst teams in the Volpe division.

On a sidenote you should come play at the Oakville Y sometime, I just killed a few kids from Blakelock there today.

I hope that comment wasn't directed to me, because my statement was clearly sarcasm.

When Ivan enters the draft, if he is not picked that automatically forfeits his amateur status and he has to bplay int he d-leauge right?

Ivan can't do it. You live in Oakville, df-franchise? What school do you go to, how in Gods name canyou say he is good?! And what are you basing his height on. Your height? even if yo're 6'6" 7 feet looks huge...your perspective is skewed. I'ma still take a bet and say hes still 7'1".

SideNote, maybe i Should paly you duek...but you'd rip me up

I think the only reason they give him so much props is because of how he can handle the ball while being 7'1. My friend in the U of Windsor right now played against him when he was in highshcool, he's 6'5 he said he scored 13 points on the guy. He said Ivan killed in the first quarter, but his team doesn't know how to use him, and they wouldn't get him the ball, but he can score on you in many many ways.

I'm from Canada, but thats what I was telling my bro that our competition here isn't close to in the states, so I don't know why they'd give him so much props unless he's averaging like 40 ppg and like 20 rpg, 7 apg, 3 spg and 8 bpg or something.

Even though, they say he's put on weight and is like Mike Dunleavy Jr. in ball handling and passing ability, but quicker, taller and more atheletic. Or maybe a better passing Dirk with the handles of a PG.

The guy also said that he was the only player with his height who has the ability and skill that he does. Just those words make me disgusted.
