page 7 (haha! Infante!!) Huge win. We've gotta keep the pressure on! I like the fact that James didn't back down, but as Mr. Infante said, I'm glad no punches were thrown. We need him desperately in these games the next 6 weeks. Just wish we could get a nice lead in the fourth and let our starters rest a little. The bench needs to start playing significant minutes if we want a chance to win in the first round.
Nice ownage!.....fawker. Our bench has been terrible together. They aren't getting the job done and are definatly not dependable when put on the floor together. Silias needs to stop taking out all our man guys out the floor at the same time. It's blowing our leads.
Great game, nice to see Cavs take this on the road! And finally are the preview/recap post numbers normal again
The Cavs bench has got me scared. Basically, its the Z, Lebron, Boozer and Mcinnis show and thats it. Wags had a couple of good games after coming back, but now he is barely getting any PT. Nailon struggled mightily tonight. Williams is catching JR Bremer syndrome. Kapono had that one big game against the Hornets, but now he can hardly find the floor. We know Diop and Ollie aren't going to put up numbers. The Cavs are going to be in big trouble if at least one guy off the bench doens't start putting up double figures consistently.
Cavs up streak, playoff position <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">James scores 34, Boozer 25 in fourth win in a row Moments after the final horn Monday night, Cavaliers television play-by-play man Michael Reghi became ill. It was a case of the stomach flu, but no one would've questioned him if it was induced by the Cavaliers-Atlanta Hawks scrap he'd just witnessed. To say it was ugly might be an understatement. But, as the Cavaliers will certainly tell you, ugly counts. The Cavaliers survived a near brawl, periods of dreadful play, a heckler, and 58 combined fouls to eke one out, 108-102, against the lowly Hawks.</div> Full Story <font size="1">Cleveland Cavaliers guard LeBron James winds up for a dunk against the Atlanta Hawks during the first half Monday, March 8, 2004, in Atlanta.</font>
I think silas should've just taken a game vs a weak opponent like this one against the hawks and just play only the bench players edit: ok not really but man something needs to be done to get our bench going
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">"With the Hawks trailing by 17, James went in for a layup, but he was pushed by Jackson. James, clearly agitated by the cheap shot, attempted to walk toward Jackson, but both players were separated. "I just let him know that I'm a competitor," James said. "I had to let him know that I'm not a punk." Seconds later, (Stephen) Jackson got into a shouting match with Boozer and Ira Newble, who were on the bench."
