I'm sure New York isn't too worried, I bet they've already made plans on making some moves in the offseason already...
They are going to lose him to the Bobcats anyway. He pretty much wont be getting to many minutes in the playoffs because of the knicks log jam (Vin Baker, Nazr Mohommad, Mutombo) so he is pretty letting it be known that he isnt happy with his role on the team. He wont be a knick next year.
It dosen't really matter if they lose Othella anyways because we got Dikembe, Vin Baker, and Nazr Mahommed. They have all been good when they play.
Good, hope he dosent hurt himself on the way out, im sure theres teams willing to have that extra cap relief he comes with and get a nice asset in return
Othella Harrington is a solid back up but as you can see NY already has enough big men, Mike Sweetney, Vin Baker, Deke, and Nazr Mohammed. I think harrington will go to the bobcats and if not he will be waived.
othella has really become sort of expendable to the knicks since the aquiring of baker, mutombo, and the revival of sweetny and he has a pretty big contract as well im pretty sure the knicks and isiah want him out of new york just as bad as anyone after all he is one of the few remaining players from the "scott layden era" on the team last i heard isiah was still intrested in making a pitch at aquiring wallace this off season mabye a sign and trade toss in a few picks
